Roomy is an AI-powered visualization platform that allows users to generate potential interior and exterior modifications for real estate properties.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments for the Service are processed through Polar.sh. By subscribing to a paid plan or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by Polar.sh's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clevero AB. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Regarding the generated images: You retain ownership of the original images you upload. Clevero AB grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the AI-generated visualizations for your business or personal purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload images that violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Use the Service to generate deepfakes or misleading content that could cause harm.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clevero AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service.
